@Cyberdiver: William Hill ließ sich eben (12:49 Uhr) starten. Das ist ein größerer Verein als Dukesgaming. Also sollte da in nächster Zeit nichts anbrennen.

Hallo Paroli,

ich denke auch, dass sich Dukes etwas verkalkuliert hat und nicht in der Lage oder willens ist, die 1 Mio zu verteilen. Interessant wird ein Statement und das Verhalten von Cryptologic in dieser Angelegenheit sein.

um WH würde ich mir keine Sorge machen - riesig groß und zuverlässig. Ich spiele da schon relativ lange und habe auch schon oft gewonnenes Geld abgezogen - es gab nie Probleme

Das gleiche Problem hatte ich auch. Auskunft vom Support: Da hilft nur die Neuinstallation (USD-Version). Dabei müsste die bereits installierte Version entdeckt werden. "Do you wish to reinstall?" bestätigen. Dann kann man sich später mit den alten Daten einloggen.

so, gamacht, das end vom Lied ist das ich jezt ein Data bese error habe! Wat nun?

Wenn nichts mehr geht, dann die bisherige Version de-installieren und noch mal neu downloaden (wichtig: nicht die GBP-Version). Bei der Abfrage zwischendurch auf "bereits bestehender Account" oder so ähnlich (statt auf neu registrieren). Rechner neu starten. Dann müsste es gehen.

Vermutlich tritt das Problem auf, wenn mehrere Cryptologic-Casinos installiert sind und man eines davon gelöscht hat. Dann werden möglicherweise noch benötigte Dateien mit entfernt.
